So I've reached the 16 month mark and my hair hasn't been this long in over a decade. This time around I'm really embracing it because it is the unadulterated version. No chemicals to alter its molecular composition, just the hair genetically inherited from my parents.... God's gift. I'm embracing my natural journey. It hasn't been uneventful but I'm happy in my new sense of me! I love this hair of mine and all the things it will and won't do just yet..... I'm learning to be patient but when I see how far I've already traveled. I sit back, smile, and sometimes just say Wow! So happy 16 months of chemical free hair to me!
